  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals, psychologists, educators, and family members to ensure holistic care.
  • Documenting and reporting on client progress, outcomes, and billing information.
  • Maintaining high standards of professional ethics and conduct.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
  • A valid license to practice speech-language pathology in Texas.
  • Certification of clinical competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligibility to obtain it within one year.
  • Experience working with clients of all ages facing various communication and swallowing challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
