**Job Summary**

Therapy 2000, a leading provider of pediatric healthcare services, is seeking a skilled Pediatric Feeding Therapist to join our team in Lubbock. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to children in their homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
  • Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, and other paperwork.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care.

**Requirements:**

  • A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • An innovative spirit complemented by a demonstrated history of reliability.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs of the business.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 3+ years of experience as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a home-health setting.
  • Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.
