Currently, our team is engaged in a pivotal transition that will redefine our pricing strategy and enhance operational efficiency. We are migrating from our custom-designed Pricing Tool to a new CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system to support our organization's Future Forward objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be diverse and essential to the Pricing Development team.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Product Owners, management, and technical teams to understand their requirements and gather necessary information.
  • Thoroughly document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring stakeholder agreement.
  • Examine existing business processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage multiple large and/or complex projects, creating specification documents for development.
  • Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Your expertise will be crucial in steering strategic decision-making and fostering innovation and improvements.
  • Assess the functionality of new product releases and communicate project details to stakeholders.
Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum of 2 Years of recent experience with Oracle CPQ
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in business analysis, demonstrating a deep understanding of business processes.
  • Capability to analyze complex business challenges, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in a variety of computing skills (full suite of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel (advanced formula creation), Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI (queries and reports), Publisher, Web Conferencing).
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Test functionality based on specification documents.
  • Ability to identify requirements and outline relevant scenarios at every stage of the process, as well as recognize opportunities for improvement.
  • Capacity to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification.
  • Strong leadership or project management skills.
