**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Accounts Manager to join our team at Stellar IT Solutions LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the genset market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve defined sales goals and promote profitable growth of company products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including application support and engineering, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the designated market segment.
- Lead the development of strategies for customers and projects within the market segments.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and terms within the assigned market segment.
- Address commercial issues related to projects within authorized limits.
- Provide sales forecasts and budgets, and contribute to market potential assessments.
- Support marketing efforts by evaluating potential new products for the assigned market segment.
- Attend and support trade organization functions as needed.
- Record all leads, opportunities, contacts, and trip reports in the CRM system.
- Provide guidance and training to direct sales personnel and independent manufacturers' representatives on Basler products, selling techniques, account strategies, and negotiation.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum five (5) years of sales management experience.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience with products and customers in the genset market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- A bachelor's degree in business management or a technical field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the electrical power industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM programs.
