Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient service through telephonic and digital communication
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Collect and update demographic and insurance information
  • Verify insurance and maintain HIPAA compliance
  • Accurately document patient interactions and appointments
  • Participate in mandatory training and stay up-to-date on process changes
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service or patient service experience
  • 6+ months of experience in a front-line Contact Center or Healthcare setting
  • Fluent oral Spanish and English skills
  • Strong reading and writing English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a service attitude
