Position Overview:

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our daily operations, ensuring that our clients receive unparalleled service while maintaining the property in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with their storage requirements.
  • Support both reservation and walk-in clients in securing storage units (no cold calling involved).

  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating various property areas.
