Operations Supervisor - School Counselor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our team of Medical Case Specialists in a fast-paced healthcare setting. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing processes and procedures to ensure timely and quality completion of work according to clients' contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 10-15 Medical Case Specialists
  • Oversee the team's performance in order to achieve the operation goals of timeliness, quality, and customer service
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
  • Analyze and report on a monthly and quarterly basis operational statistic

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • 5 years total relevant experience; 2 of the 5 years must be supervising or leading teams or projects (preferably in a healthcare setting)
  • Experience in an operations role within a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and communicate effectively
