Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute a Weekly Outreach Plan: Create and implement a weekly outreach plan to engage with professional referral sources and introduce our services to the public.
- Meet Weekly Goals: Meet weekly goals of referral outreach and maintain a strong knowledge of personalized and individualized sales strategy and implementation.
- Obtain Organic Leads: Obtain organic home care leads and referrals, and participate in home visits and creative follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work with our sales teams to assist their prospects with our services.
- Acquisition and Documentation: Initiate and complete the acquisition of lead/pipeline/caseload and conduct thorough home care assessment protocol and documentation adherence.
- Communicate with Recruiters: Communicate with hospital and other clinic recruiters to determine RN/MD placement needs and expedite the process.
- Best Placement Practices: Maintain best placement practices and successful placement of clients into our continuum.
- Integration and Conversion: Integrate referrals into our established continuum through telehealth, therapy, EP, life skills management, pharmacy, med management, etc.
- Sales Goals: Convert prospects into clients and maintain sales goals.
- Agency Networking: Facilitate agency networking events to promote our services and company brand.
- Sales Discovery: Share sales discovery with our care team during conference meetings.
- Market Understanding: Maintain a strong market understanding to obtain current knowledge of key competitor pricing, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Tracking and Reporting: Maintain a detailed, manual tracking system on all prospects and referrals.
- Monitor Sales Activity: Monitor sales call activity by daily activity sheets, complete weekly sales reports in a timely manner, and distribute census report to appropriate personnel.
- Marketing Plans: Ensure that our marketing plans meet all expectations for budget and sales goals.
- Quarterly Marketing Plan: Collect information and complete quarterly marketing plan.
- Attendance and Call-Off Procedures: Attend work as scheduled, including nights and weekends, and follow call-off procedures.
- Training and Meetings: Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of business policies & procedures, clients and prospective client's information.
- Safe Working Environment: Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
- Professional Demeanor: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward clients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all policies and procedures of Penn Foster Inc.
