Client Support Specialist

Qualified Staffing is a leading provider of staffing solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving inside sales initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
The Service Delivery Expert will play a vital role in managing various aspects of customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving inside sales initiatives. You will address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, service agreements, and payment discrepancies, while assisting with credit checks and walk-in requests. Additionally, you will promote cross-selling of services and renew service agreements to maintain long-term customer relationships; assist with activating Paw Point accounts for rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and drive inside sales initiatives
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, service agreements, and payment discrepancies
- Promote cross-selling of services and renew service agreements to maintain long-term customer relationships
- Assist with activating Paw Point accounts for rewards
Requirements:
