Job Title: Product Support Specialist - Unboxed
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Product Support Specialist to join our team at Unboxed Training & Technology. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing prompt, proactive support to existing clients by responding to user requests and troubleshooting technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a subject matter expert on all Unboxed software products
- Assist external clients in implementing and optimizing our products
- Provide initial troubleshooting for identified errors or bugs
- Create and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports
- Create client-facing documentation to assist clients - how-to guides, FAQs, etc.
- 2-4 years of related experience, helpdesk or customer service experience preferred
- A bachelor's degree is preferred OR 4 years equivalent and relevant experience
