Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Land Development Team Lead to join our team at System One in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing an existing branch operation, ensuring success in the region. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients across North Carolina, providing comprehensive services that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
• Direct the land development team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow client relationships and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control, safety standards, and engineering best practices are maintained.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client interactions.
• Manage branch budgets, forecasts, hiring, and staff development to ensure continued growth and success.
• Foster a positive culture and promote company values among team members.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field and/or experience. North Carolina professional licensure (PE, RLA) is required. Local and regional industry contacts with experience nurturing and growing client relationships and delivering Best-in-Class service are essential. A demonstrated history of leading and motivating high-performance site design teams is necessary. The salary for this role is approximately $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
