Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Land Survey Project Manager to join our team at On Point. As a key member of our land surveying group, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional results.

Our ideal candidate will possess considerable experience in MicroStation and GeoPak software, with a preferred background in land surveying. They should also have a solid understanding of geomatics principles and practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., surveying, engineering, or geomatics).
  • At least 10 years of technical experience in a geomatics specialty, such as surveying, SUE, GIS, photogrammetry, or a related field.
  • Advanced Utility Locator Training Course certification.
  • Professional Land Survey License (PLS) or equivalent certification from a recognized Geomatics specialty or Project Management Professional certification (PMP).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a driving record check.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Dependable and physically able to work outdoors and on construction sites in all weather conditions as required.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed and travel for extended periods.
Estimated Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
