Job Summary:
Mungo Homes is seeking a skilled Land Analyst to support our Land Acquisition Operations in the Charlotte, NC market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site analysis and provide recommendations for land acquisition.
- Assist in the preparation of land committee approval packages.
- Maintain and organize land files and trackers.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 4-year college degree, Finance/Management/Business preferred.
- Proficient in Database Management and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
