Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Business Manager to lead our Hematology Sales team in the WA/MT/ID/AK region.

About the Role

The District Business Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals and objectives. This includes developing and executing strategic business plans, analyzing market trends and performance data, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to address challenges and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to inform business decisions
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Facilitate the growth and development of team members based on their needs, motivation, and business requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Prior experience as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales or equivalent experience in leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Hematology experience is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to meet or exceed expectations and goals
  • Proven successful track record of selecting, developing, and retaining talented individuals

Bristol Myers Squibb offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $145,000-$195,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
