Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying business growth opportunities, and developing customized sales strategies to drive incremental sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive, credible, and lasting relationships with our customers based on trust and mutual understanding.
  • Business Growth Identification: Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for business growth, developing a deep understanding of their goals and objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create customized sales strategies for each customer, prioritizing sales activities to achieve objectives and drive incremental sales.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and insights to inform sales decisions, drive business growth, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Account Management: Regularly visit accounts, capture visit notes, and build visit plans to ensure consistent and effective sales engagement.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and services, effectively presenting and positioning them to customers.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide customers with valuable information and guidance to support their business growth, adapting the sales approach to meet individual customer needs.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with competitor offerings and market trends, ensuring SGWS products are positioned effectively relative to the competition.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and customer information in CRM, ensuring seamless sales engagement and effective sales reporting.
