About the Role:

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time position responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

What You Can Expect:

  • Learn the basics of the role through dedicated driving and selling training with our team members
  • Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers
  • Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives
  • Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time
  • Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment

Requirements:

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
