About the Role

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time position responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Merchandise Products: Safely deliver and merchandise Frito-Lay's products to local stores, ensuring products are displayed and stocked according to company standards.
  • Sell and Promote Products: Sell and promote Frito-Lay's products to store managers and customers, increasing sales and market share.
  • Manage Inventory and Orders: Manage inventory and orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to stores.
  • Partner with Store Managers: Partner with store managers to increase sales, improve product placement, and enhance customer satisfaction.
