Key Responsibilities:

  1. Offer legal guidance and support to municipal departments on various matters, including land use, zoning regulations, contracts, public works, and environmental legislation.
  2. Prepare and evaluate ordinances, resolutions, contracts, deeds, leases, and other legal documents.
  3. Represent the municipality in civil litigation, administrative hearings, and other legal matters.
  4. Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions on intricate municipal law issues.
  5. Establish and enforce policies and procedures to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications:
