About the Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and leading the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the overall performance of the property's front desk department, including guest satisfaction and brand quality assurance.
  • Supervise daily operations of the front desk and staff, including shift closings and bank audits.
  • Schedule the Front Desk Department and adhere to company labor guidelines.
  • Train all front desk staff on brand and company standards.
  • Assist with sales and champion the Daily Sell Strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a hotel as a front desk representative.
  • Experience with major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Starwood (highly desired).
  • The ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Salary Range:

$58,000 - $72,000 per year.
