Job Overview

Tech USA is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our electrical engineering team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and leadership.

About the Role

The Electrical Engineering Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise to the electrical engineering team. This includes overseeing the development of electrical systems designs, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the electrical engineering team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement electrical systems designs that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with company financial policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry developments
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and developing proposals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, including 5 years of leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and codes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
