Job Summary

A Sales Associate at Hustler Hollywood is a dynamic and customer-focused role that requires a strong ability to communicate and build relationships with diverse groups of customers and peers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service at the point of sale, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and ensuring that all sizes and styles are represented.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding with a sense of urgency and prioritizing assisting customers over other tasks
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services to build sales and minimize returns, including Loyalty Programs
• Exercise sound judgment in effectively addressing customer concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Company standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to Company standard
• Guarantee Company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures
• Proactively contribute to creating a team atmosphere that is flexible and enjoyable

  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
  • Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and Holidays
  • Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner
  • Must be able to make change using American Monetary units
  • Must be receptive to both positive and constructive feedback from the Store Leadership Team
