Job Overview

CATHEXIS is seeking a highly skilled Associate Program Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Events Management team, you will provide administrative support to our Outreach, Transition, and Economic Development (OTED) Transition Assistance Program (TAP) and client teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and programmatic support to Events Management team members and leadership.
  • Support OTED client programs, including planning, executing, and monitoring projects and deliverables.
  • Attend and participate in virtual team and client meetings, taking clear and accurate meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and submit deliverables to clients on or ahead of schedule.
  • Manage SharePoint files and Asana project management tool for the Events Management team.
  • Communicate with team members, managers, and OTED client teams to determine client support needs and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support OTED clients in developing, planning, and executing events and programs.
  • Prepare deliverables, including PowerPoints, FAQs, flyers, and talking points, supporting OTED programs.
  • Peer review and edit deliverables prepared by team members for the OTED client.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to facilitate OTED client support.
  • Conduct research related to OTED projects in support of the Events Management team.
  • Travel with the OTED client team up to several times per year for approximately one week at a time to provide on-site collaboration and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) with 0-2 years of experience providing similar administrative support, or Associate Degree with 3 years of experience, or 4-7 years of experience with no education requirement.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience with Asana, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Pro.
  • Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday-Fridays, and ability to travel with the team/client multiple times per year.
  • Ability to obtain a minimum of NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance.
