Position Overview:
The Guest Room Cleaner plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel guests by maintaining all areas of the property to the highest standards.

Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Executive Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare guest rooms by making beds and arranging furniture.
  2. Restock essential supplies in guest accommodations.
  3. Thoroughly clean all areas including guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
  4. Utilize vacuum cleaners and mops to clean carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  5. Dust and polish furniture and equipment to maintain a pristine environment.
  6. Wash and sanitize walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
  7. Empty waste receptacles and clean ashtrays regularly.
  8. Manage the transportation of trash and waste to designated disposal areas.
  9. Collect soiled linens for laundering as needed.
  10. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Essential Skills:
  1. Ability to follow specific oral or written instructions, often adhering to a routine.
  2. Capability to execute repetitive tasks with consistency.
Qualifications:

Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
  • No prior experience required.
Compensation:
$12.00 per hour
