Key Responsibilities for the Sales Representative II:
- Engage with the Strategic Account team to establish partnerships with significant sector shops.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to enhance account retention.
- Work alongside Technical Representatives to provide product demonstrations and maintain high-quality technical service.
- Partner with distribution networks to strategically grow our market footprint.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the collision sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through understanding client needs, generating leads, and closing deals.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience in automotive refinishing or similar sales environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and bilingual abilities are preferred.
