Certified Warranty Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Warranty Program Manager to lead our remarketing team and develop a rebuilding strategy for our heavy equipment business. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in remarketing and used equipment, with a strong understanding of marketing, branding, and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the remarketing team to increase Develon equipment residual value in the marketplace
- Collaborate with lenders and dealers on end-of-lease returns process, sharing best practices and improving lease return processes among dealers and lenders
- Assist lenders in selling and promoting lease return machines among dealer communities
- Develop online marketplaces for used wholesale and retail equipment sales, driving adoption among dealers and lenders
- Train dealers to complete lease return inspections and certified warranty inspections, following lease return processes
- Manage overall certified compliance and training procedures, including audits of certified warranty applications, inspections, and fluid testing
- Analyze used equipment markets and competitor trends to improve strategies and programs
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of professional business experience in remarketing and used equipment
- Demonstrated exceptional marketing, branding, and communication competencies
- Experience in channel/customer-facing functional areas with construction equipment manufacturers or similar industries
- Strong vendor management skills and ability to lift 50LBS or more
- Domestic travel of 50% or greater is required
