Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating project intake, change requests, waivers, charters, and project closure
  • Ensuring team members are on track with timelines and deadlines
  • Participating in project improvement meetings
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Project, SharePoint, TEAMS, and PowerPoint
