Your duties will encompass conducting routine evaluations of equipment, executing preventive maintenance procedures, pinpointing and rectifying technical malfunctions, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume accountability for delivering technical services related to the installation, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of Burner Management Systems.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and clients to ensure a safe and orderly work environment.
  • Travel to various sites to perform service tasks and fulfill monthly preventive maintenance obligations.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to enhance quality control and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients, manufacturers, and distributors regarding product installations and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and maintain inventory on service vehicles, ensuring the availability of necessary parts and supplies.
  • Document all maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of parts, equipment, and work orders.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to responding and adapting to the work environment to uphold the highest standards.
  • Coordinate work activities effectively to complete tasks both independently and collaboratively.
  • Engage in ongoing training and education to expand knowledge and skills in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated customer support and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Proficiency in using computers and office equipment.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
