ALP Coordinator/Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse to oversee the clinical operations of our Hedgewood Assisted Living Facility. As ALP Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality patient care services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate and manage the Agency's clinical program in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and professional standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Direct and supervise client care service programs, including staff development and evaluation.
- Manage client admissions, census, and retention, ensuring safe and adequate care for residents.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse licensure in New York State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home care, with administrative/supervisory experience in community health.
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing or master's degree in nursing, including public health and/or administrative studies.
- Public Health Nursing certification.
Compensation and Benefits:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
