Production Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at AMMEGA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of direct reports, while driving efficiency and productivity throughout the department.

Salary: $81,250 - $91,250 per year, dependent on experience

About the Department:

The Production Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all tasks within the assigned department/shift. This includes delegating and coordinating tasks, managing daily production goals, and mentoring staff in achieving career goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coaching production employees
  • Building a productive and inclusive work environment
  • Managing daily production goals through efficient personnel scheduling and task coordination
  • Mentoring staff in achieving career goals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience
  • Minimum 2-5 years personnel management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships through collaboration
