POSITION SUMMARY: The role of Guest Services Coordinator is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position demands excellent communication skills to assist guests throughout their entertainment, dining, and retail experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by combining top-notch food, beverages, and entertainment in a lively setting.
  • Serve as the face of the establishment, warmly greeting guests and managing game rentals, merchandise sales, and phone inquiries.
  • Keep supervisors informed of any significant issues and take immediate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Bid farewell to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging future visits.
  • Prepare for shifts by ensuring the front desk area is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and host station.
  • Ensure all menus are clean, stocked, and properly maintained.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks as needed.
  • Foster a positive working relationship with team members to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Alert management to any guest dissatisfaction promptly.
  • Assist team members as required based on business needs.
  • Manage table turnover efficiently by monitoring open tables and assisting with cleaning as necessary.
  • Ensure fair seating arrangements in dining areas.
  • Guide guests from the entrance, assisting with their needs and directing them appropriately.
  • Communicate wait times effectively to guests and team members.
  • Deliver silverware to guests as they are seated.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle 'To Go' orders with precision.
  • Promote merchandise sales from the front desk when applicable.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and smile frequently.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple guests while promoting enthusiasm for the brand.
  • Adhere to dress guidelines, maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and communicating in English.
  • Articulate clear greetings, requests, and farewells to guests.
  • Respond calmly to guest concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands of this role include the ability to:
  • Work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
  • Read and write handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Stand and move about the facility for extended periods.
  • Reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
