About the Role

We're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, resolving issues, and promoting our services and offerings. As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the face of Target, ensuring our guests feel welcome, inspired, and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with guests, promoting our services and offerings, and educating them on our products and features.
  • Work efficiently to minimize guest wait times, ensuring accuracy and quality in all interactions.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
