Job Description

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will play a key role in the development and execution of our projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing mechanical systems and equipment
  • Collaborating with project teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Coordinating with external partners and contractors to ensure timely delivery of projects
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in process plants as a mechanical rotating equipment engineer
  • Experience working on API and ASME static equipment like heat exchangers, columns, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and packaged auxiliary equipment
  • Familiarity with identifying mechanical static equipment inspection and testing plans
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer:

Location

This position is based in Austin, TX, and may require travel to Kansas City, MO. A driver's license is required for business travel.
