Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant specializing in Oracle EBS and Cloud SCM Applications. This role will primarily function as a functional consultant for Oracle SCM Cloud modules, focusing on key areas such as Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in solution discussions with clients to understand their needs and drive process workshops.
  2. Manage testing cycles including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  3. Address and resolve production incidents efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of education.
  2. Minimum of 11 years of relevant experience in Information Technology.
  3. At least 9 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules, specifically in Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement.
  4. Experience with Fusion Cloud programs in Order Management, Procurement, and Inventory.
  5. Proven track record of at least two full implementations of Oracle applications and transition to support.
  6. Strong skills in requirements gathering and solution design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Ability to articulate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, including technical and business stakeholders.
  2. Experience in managing teams of 10 or more is advantageous.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Desire to work in a global delivery environment, collaborating with offshore teams.
  5. Experience working with globally diverse teams on projects is a significant advantage.
  6. Hands-on experience in Business Process modeling and simplification.
  7. Collaborate with offshore teams to develop solutions and execute business scenarios.
  8. Engage with various stakeholders to understand core functional requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  9. Hands-on experience with analysis and configuration of Oracle Fusion cloud components, including custom fields and reports.
  10. Understanding of REST API-based integrations and design/mapping between systems.
  11. Experience in data migration is a plus.
  12. Experience in production support is beneficial.
  13. Experience managing a team of 5 or more in a solution architect capacity.

Additional Information: The role may involve extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication skills are essential for collaboration and engagement with team members and stakeholders.
