Role Overview:

As an Oracle (Fusion) Cloud ERP Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial systems. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning business processes with Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to analyze, define, and refine business processes and system workflows for Oracle Cloud.
  • Assist in the solution delivery lifecycle by detailing features and collaborating with IT developers, vendors, and implementation teams.
  • Act as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), working closely with business units to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Develop and maintain system architecture, data flows, and other technical documentation in partnership with domain architects and technology teams for both existing and new implementations.
  • Participate in the Change Management process for applications.
  • Deliver training sessions to end users and IT personnel.
  • Review and update existing documentation for applications as necessary.
  • Collaborate with broader technology teams to manage interdependencies, resolve issues, and understand overlaps between teams and applications.
  • Support existing solutions through regular business interactions, facilitating the delivery of enhancements and bug fixes as needed.
  • Draft functional specification documents related to Oracle Cloud ERP Finance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Over 6 years of experience in IT or finance/accounting with direct use of Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Strong knowledge of core Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules, including AP, Expenses, AHCS, GL, FA, AR, and Advanced Collections.
  • At least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud ERP financial modules and EPM.
  • Proficient in translating business requirements into system specifications and configurations using ADO.
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for diverse audiences, both internal and external.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Lucid chart, Confluence, and ADO.
  • Understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis documentation.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes.
  • Hands-on experience in software development and/or implementation is preferred.
  • Proficient in writing test cases and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in writing functional and/or technical requirements for software implementations.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Security Groups, and Service Accounts.
  • Experience with MS Azure and other cloud platforms is preferred.
