YOUR ROLE:
As a Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing fire apparatus and emergency response vehicles.

Your expertise will be crucial in performing skilled maintenance on automotive, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, which includes all vehicles within the Fire Division and Rescue (EMS) Division, as well as small gas engines and related equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

WHAT WE SEEK:
- A proactive individual with a positive attitude.

- Preferred knowledge of diesel engines.

- A valid Class CDL B driver's license with Air Brakes or a commitment to obtain it within the first year.

- Familiarity with contemporary methods for maintaining automobiles, trucks, and emergency vehicles is preferred.

- ASE and/or EVT certifications are advantageous.

This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

COMPENSATION:
The starting pay ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
