Role Overview for Automotive Service Technician
As key players in vehicle maintenance, our Automotive Service Technicians are entrusted with the responsibility to assess, diagnose, and execute a diverse range of automotive services on client vehicles. They specialize in various maintenance tasks, including brake systems, suspension components, and shock absorbers. Technicians are also tasked with performing mandatory inspections, oil changes, fluid checks, parts replacements, and tire services such as mounting, dismounting, and balancing.

Qualifications
We are looking for team members who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship. To qualify for the Automotive Service Technician position, candidates must (1) be at least 18 years old; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; (3) have a minimum of 2 years of experience or training in automotive repair and maintenance, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to fulfill the role's responsibilities; and (4) possess a personal toolbox equipped for performing maintenance tasks.
Preferred qualifications include: (1) state inspection licenses; and (2) ASE Certifications in areas such as Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5).
This role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy items regularly, often exceeding 50 pounds.
