About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Bloomfield Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information to identify any changes or concerns.
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed to promote healing and comfort.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care and providing support and guidance as needed.
