Job Overview

Duncaster Inc is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Document resident care according to nursing practice standards and Duncaster policies and procedures.
  • Provide physical comfort and a safe environment for residents.
  • Initiate, implement, and evaluate care plans/MDS on an ongoing basis.
  • Coordinate staff and resident care to meet resident needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Current CT RN license is required.
  • 2 years of full-time clinical experience in nursing is required.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Geriatric & Dementia experience is required.
