Job SummarySeabury is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Supervisor to oversee the Charge Nurse and CNA team in our skilled nursing department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve complex nursing concerns. The Nurse Supervisor will assist in new admissions and handle resident and family relations. Our nursing team is passionate about providing exemplary care and exceeding customer service expectations. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily tasks and supervise overall resident care
  • Assist in new admissions and handle resident and family relations
  • Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements
  • Valid State of Connecticut license as Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Every Other Weekend 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility
  • $45/hr - $50/hr with shift differentials
