Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Lead to join our team at Tradehome Shoes. The Sales Lead will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales floor operations, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales associates, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
