Bilingual Social Worker/Clinician for Family Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Social Worker/Clinician to join our team at Room to Grow. This role will involve working with families from birth to age 3, providing support and guidance on early childhood development and parenting strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide bilingual support to families, promoting healthy development and well-being in children from birth to age 3
- Collaborate with other team members to identify community resources and support needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support family growth and wellness
- Communicate effectively with families, using clinical engagement skills to promote family-driven conversations and relationships
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
- MSW or MA in Child Development or related field; LMSW or LCSW strongly preferred
- Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
