HCM Functional Analyst Senior Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Functional Analyst Senior to join our team at Datsoft Technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and a strong background in functional consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
  • Define and capture business requirements
  • Provide design, development, testing, and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates
  • Provide 2nd tier production support
  • Perform system configuration and testing
  • Develop system documentation, including configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials
  • Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role
  • Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities:
  • Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role
  • Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler
Experience with the following:
  • PeopleSoft upgrades and testing
  • PeopleSoft selective adoption process
Expert level knowledge of the following:
  • SDLC methodology and processes
  • SQL
  • Oracle 19C databases
  • REST-based webservers
