Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user needs and perform research and functional analysis on various projects
  • Work with customers to coordinate the provision of Service Desk services and Monitoring services
  • Meet with customers to understand needs and requirements, engineers/architects to understand level of effort and technical limitations, operations leadership to facilitate hiring resources, and project management office to facilitate conversations around costs for various services
  • Manage new customer projects from beginning to end, communicating with customers throughout the process
  • Provide support and oversight of each project, coordinating approvals for service changes, decommissioning services as needed, and working with the customer to ensure funds exist for continued support of the project
  • Actively monitor, track and manage tasks, timelines, dependencies, meeting or renegotiating milestones
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree
  • 15+ years of related experience
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
Preferred Skills:
  • ServiceNow, in particular ticketing workflows
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
