Customer Service Representative

At Tailored Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients regarding various service inquiries on Brokerage accounts.
  • Provide accurate and efficient support to clients, consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
  • Support clients with account-related inquiries, including address changes, account understanding, and password resets.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, adapting quickly to change and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred.
  • General knowledge of financial markets.
  • Previous contact center experience.
