Primary Responsibilities:

* Manage Sales Force submissions and distribute quotes
* Review new business applications for completeness and contact agents for missing information
* Finalize quotes and issue policies through carrier websites
* Mentor new agents on applications and insurance products
* Achieve annual submission goals and meet time standards
* Guide new agents through mentorship programs
* Conduct quality assurance audits on bind confirmations
* Assist in planning and implementing training initiatives for member agents
* Coordinate meetings for member agents and create marketing materials
* Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common objectives
