Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at TriSearch. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our media producers and publishers by providing timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new producers and publishers, ensuring a seamless integration with our platform.
  • Provide technical solutions to media producers, addressing their questions and issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Tech Support, and Development Teams to ensure customer inquiries are communicated and executed efficiently.
  • Develop and implement a success protocol to guarantee timely resolution of customer inquiries.
