Property Manager

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our long-term client's properties in St. Paul, MN. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affordable property management, with a focus on tax credit, income-restricted, and senior living communities.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws, as well as city requirements and submit monthly reporting.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, the community, and owners/owner boards.
- Supervise and direct staff, including maintenance technicians, to ensure the property is clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
- Manage the property's budget, including operating within income and expense guidelines, obtaining bids, and supervising capital or contract services.
- Implement and maintain effective marketing and advertising strategies to meet predetermined vacancy standards.
- At least 2 years' experience in affordable property management, with a focus on tax credit, income-restricted, and senior living communities.
- Knowledge of government subsidy programs and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Yardi experience is required.
- Ability to pass a Kari Koskinen background check before employment.
