Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Work with our experienced staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their progress is tracked.
  • Conduct Parent Training Sessions: Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on how to implement behavioral strategies and techniques in their daily lives.
  • Manage Caseloads: Oversee the development and implementation of acquisition goals and behavior intervention plans for clients on your caseload.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with our experienced staff to identify areas of growth for the center and develop plans to improve services.
  • Provide Staff Support: Provide guidance and support to staff members on their caseloads, including providing positive and constructive feedback and ongoing training.

Requirements

  • Pending Eligibility for BCBA Exam: Pending eligibility for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam.
