About the Role

Fleet Feet is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to support the inventory needs of our company. As an Inventory Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores have the right products in stock, that e-commerce orders are fulfilled efficiently, and that our retail floor inventory is well-stocked and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate receipt and storage of inventory in our stores
  • Fulfill e-commerce orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process returns and exchanges in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized retail floor inventory
  • Transfer product between locations as needed
  • Stage product for workplace fit events
  • Ensure back stock is organized and easily accessible
Requirements
  • Available to work Monday through Friday from 9am-1pm
  • Ability to own and manage administrative tasks, customer interactions, and a fast-paced environment while staying organized
  • Builds and maintains trust from staff and customers by using sound judgment
  • Passionate, positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Collaborative and customer-centric
  • Willing to go above and beyond when needed
