Responsibilities
  • Oversee incoming leads for the sales department to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
  • Attract and retain customers by providing excellent product and service information via phone and internet.
  • Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI).
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including online resources.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-motivation and goal orientation.
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
